StorylineOS Managed · delivery option
Get continuing StorylineOS work without running the workspace day to day.
StorylineOS Managed is for organisations that want the persistent StorylineOS environment operated with them rather than managed day to day by their own team.
A StorylineOS practitioner can keep the agreed workspace current, work through customer-approved evidence, surface what needs attention and prepare agreed outputs. The customer retains judgement, approval and consequential decision authority.

Same product depth. Different operating model.
Signal is both a focused product and a low-friction way into StorylineOS.
Self-operated
Your team operates StorylineOS.
Choose the appropriate product depth and work directly in the workspace using your own people and operating cadence.
StorylineOS Managed
A StorylineOS practitioner operates the continuing environment with you.
The product architecture stays the same. What changes is who carries the day-to-day work of keeping the workspace current, progressing agreed analysis and preparing the outputs that need customer attention.
Keep the machinery running. Bring the customer in where judgement matters.

Extend into appropriate Amplify work where included in scope
Exact activities, cadence, service levels, commercial terms and Amplify scope are agreed per engagement. Managed is not a claim of autonomous operation or guaranteed business outcomes.
Managed typically sits around Core and can extend downstream when appropriate.
Signal remains the bounded request-led entry experience. Core remains the main persistent operating environment. Amplify remains the downstream expansion layer.
Managed changes the delivery model, not those product roles.
It can therefore be useful when a customer wants the continuing StorylineOS work and outputs but does not want to create another day-to-day operating responsibility internally.
Decision boundary
You can delegate operation. You do not delegate judgement by default.
Customer authority remains explicit.
Managed can progress agreed work, organise and interpret evidence, prepare recommendations and outputs, and make review points visible. It does not silently take ownership of customer source authority, business judgement, approvals or consequential decisions.
